Financial independence including the ability to cover salaries from training, joint projects, and service fees income.

Training courses and services of high quality, developed strategically, putting client and market needs first.

Strategic direction to take precedence over operations management.
These features suggest an altered orientation:
- A client-led approach (instead of provider-led) to developing and delivering training.
- Developing and exploiting the full potential of FFKITCE's resources.
- Strengthening strategic direction in accordance with FFKITCE's mission.
